What clients say

★★★★★

Found aluminum wiring throughout a 1972 Brampton home. Insurance would have denied us without remediation. Renegotiated $8K off the price for the electrical work. Essential inspection.

★★★★★

Thermal imaging found a hot connection in the panel that the seller's electrician had missed. Could have been a house fire. This technology is the real deal.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a electrical inspection cost?

From $299. Flat rate — includes Thermal Imaging, Same-Day Report, Panel Assessment, Wiring Type Identification. No hidden fees.

How long does a electrical inspection take?

1–2 hours on-site. Same-day report delivered before midnight.

Why is aluminum wiring a concern?

Aluminum wiring (installed 1965-1978 in Ontario) expands and contracts differently than copper, causing loose connections that create fire hazards. Many insurance companies require remediation or ESA certification before insuring homes with aluminum wiring. Our inspection identifies all aluminum wiring locations and connection types.

Do you check for knob-and-tube wiring?

Yes. Knob-and-tube wiring (pre-1950) is ungrounded, cannot handle modern electrical loads, and is a fire risk when insulation is placed over it. We identify all visible knob-and-tube wiring, document its extent, and recommend an ESA-certified electrician for assessment.

Is Inspectionly RHI certified?

Yes. All inspections performed by a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) certified by OAHI. Full E&O insurance on every inspection.

Can I get a same-day electrical inspection?

Yes. Same-day available across GTA, Halton, Peel, York, Durham, Hamilton, Niagara, and Simcoe. Book before noon.

Ready to book your electrical inspection?
