How many units do you inspect?
We inspect every occupied and accessible unit plus all shared systems. For a duplex that's 2 units, for a triplex 3 units, and so on. Common areas, basements, attics, and mechanical rooms are all included.
Do you check fire safety?
Yes. We check smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire separations between units, egress windows, and electrical panel adequacy. Fire safety is critical in multi-unit properties and is flagged as priority in your report.
